严格掌握适应证规范椎体后凸成形术治疗椎体压缩骨折

摘要 骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折椎体后凸成形术,在国内已经广泛开展,由于手术医师技术水平和手术条件参差不齐,手术效果和并发症的发生率也不尽相同。本文通过复习文献,对手术适应证、禁忌证,以及可能出现的各种并发症和问题进行探讨,建议严格掌握手术适应证,手术必须在有条件的医院进行,以减少并发症的发生,使这一有效的微创技术健康规范有序开展。
