摘要
目的:分析我院抗菌药物的应用状况及趋势,促进临床合理用药。方法:对2008—2010年抗菌药物的应用品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果:抗菌药物的用药金额占全部药品总销售金额的比例逐年上升;抗菌药物应用中头孢菌素类、氟喹诺酮类、青霉素类一直占据前3位,氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物及美罗培南使用率增长迅速。结论:医院抗菌药物应用总体比较合理,但也存在一些问题,应加强对美罗培南和氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的管理。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the statsu quo and tendency of clinical utilization of antibacterials in our hospital to promote rational use of antibacterials.METHODS： The antibacterials used during 2008-2010 in our hospital were analyzed statistically in respect of the varieties,consumption sum and DDDs etc.RESULTS： The proportion of the consumption sum of antibacterials in the total drug consumption sum increased year by year.In all of antimicrobial agents used,cephalosporins,quinolones and penicillin have been dominated the top three over the three years.The utilization rates of quinolones and Meropenem witnessed sharp increase.CONCLUSION： The utilization of antibacterials in our hospital was rationl in general yet there are some problems remain to be tackled.The management on the application of meropenem and quinolones remains to be strengthened.
