摘要
本实验利用血清药物化学和复方拆方分析的研究方法,首先对血塞通滴丸体外成分建立了分析方法,在此基础上对口服血塞通滴丸的大鼠血清中的移行成分建立了分析方法,对血塞通滴丸中的葛根在大鼠血中移行成分进行了对比,在液相色谱的条件下,我们通过对全方进行拆方对比确定了血塞通滴丸中的原型成分为葛根素,其他成分的认定有待进一步的研究。
Serum chemistry and decomposed recipes methods was used in this study. It established the method to analyze the components of Xuesaitong dropping pill that out of the body, then the method to analyze the migration components of pueraria in rat blood was established based on this method. The migration elements ofpueraria in rat blood are detected. The puerain was detected by HLPC as the orginal ingredients of the Xuesaitong dropping pill, while the other ingredients need to be found in further study.
