周原甲骨文中常见的“”，应释为“囟”。文章把古文字考释方法中的辞例推勘法和现代语法学之方法结合起来，探讨“囟”字的意义和用法。得出的结论是，“囟”应读为“斯”，“囟”跟古文献中的“斯”一样，都用在假设复句后一分句之首，表示在假设条件下的结果。文章还把周原甲骨文中的“囟”跟殷墟甲骨文中的“此”、“”、“延”进行对比，认为这四者有相同的意义和用法。
The word'' should be explained as'囟' which is frequently appeared on the inscriptions on bones and tortoise shells in the Zhou Dynasty. This article discusses the meaning and function of '囟' by combining the example phrases investigation method of ancient writing study with the methods of modrn grammar study. The conclusion is '囟'should be pronounced as '斯',' 囟 and '斯' in the ancient documents have the same meaning, which should be translated into'already, then, so', and both of the two words are conjunctions, using at the beginning of the clause of the presumption complex sentence to express results under presumed conditions. This article also compares'囟' in Zhou Dynasty with'此' '延' in Yin ruins,all of which are inscriptions on bones or tortoise, shells, and cosider that all of the four have the same meaning and function.
