摘要
东亚发展中国家(或地区)的经济发展模式是在这些国家(或地区)的自身条件与外部环境的结合和变化中不断调整政府职能和经济发展战略的一个动态模式,其内容在不同发展时期也各有不同,其特点则是政府在经济运行中的作用及战略选择上的能动性、适应性。这些国家(或地区)发生金融危机的一个重要原因,并不在于这个模式本身存在什么问题,而恰在于它的失灵。
During the process of the industrialization,many developing countries have chosen different economic developing modes according to their own specific historical conditions and circumstances.The East Asian mode is just one of those modes. The content of the East Asian mode is very abundant and it manifests high mobility,flexibility and adjustability.Therefore the East Asian mode is a developing and flexible ong.However after the financial crisis,whether the East Asian mode can keep its flexibility has become an uncertain factor.Both the East Asian miracle and the financial crisis have depended on the flexibility of the East Asian mode.The paper has discussed the relation between the flexibility and adjustability of the East Asian mode and economic development of the devoloping countries.
