非骨水泥型全髋关节置换术后不同时间下地负重训练的效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较非骨水泥型全髋关节置换术后不同时间开始下地负重训练的效果。方法:将80例非骨水泥型全髋关节置换术后患者随机分为早期负重组和对照组各40例,早期负重组患者术后2~4 d开始下地负重训练,对照组患者术后3周开始下地负重训练。追踪随访,比较两组患者髋关节功能(Harris)评分、X线片评定及分析、并发症发生情况。结果:1、3、6个月时,早期负重组患者Harris评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后6个月X线片各指标评定结果无明显差异(P>0.05);早期负重组下肢深静脉血栓形成、肺部感染、泌尿系感染等并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对非骨水泥型全髋关节置换术后患者实施早期下地负重锻炼是安全的,且能提高患者的髋关节功能、减少各种并发症的发生。 Objective:To observe the effect of early weightbearing exercise on limb function after uncemented total hip arthroplasty.Methods:80 patients with uncemented total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into early weightbearing group and traditionary group,each are 40 cases,the patients in early weightbearing group were treated with weightbearing exercise 2-4 days post-operation,while the patients in traditionary group were treated with weightbearing exercise 3 weeks post-operation,all patients were followed up,score of hip joint function,X-rays assessment and complications were compared between two groups.Results: Patients in early weightbearing group were better than control group at Harris scores(P0.05),Two groups of 6 months after evaluation of x ray results not significantly different(P0.05).Reorganization of early lower limbs deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary complications such as infection,urinary tract infection rate is lower than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Cementless total hip arthroplasty in patients with early under weight-bearing exercises are safe,and can improve the patient's hip,reduce the occurrence of complications.
