摘要
绝大多数高精度运动控制系统都依赖于正余弦编码器作为位置和速度反馈。针对传统开环处理方法的缺点,提出了跟踪环路细分方案。为了从编码器正余弦信号中提取出高分辨率的位置和速度信息,设计了1个基于CORDIC算法的正余弦信号发生器,同时设计了1个PI控制器来抑制噪声。提出的算法通过普通的模拟器件和FPGA实现。实验结果显示该方案可以满足高精度运动控制的要求。
Most high performance motion control systems rely on sine-cosine encoders for position and velocity feedback. Considering the disadvantages of the traditional open-loop processing method,a novel scheme called tracking-loop was proposed. In order to extract high resolution position and speed information from the sinusoidal encoder signals,a sine and cosine generator based on the CORDIC algorithm was designed and a PI controller was also established to suppress the noise. The algorithm and the controller is implement by using ordinary analog components and FPGA. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method can meet the requirements of the high performance motion control.
