摘要
随着互联网络和电子商务的发展,传统的购物模式已不能满足人们的需求,网上购物必将成为消费者主要的消费渠道,同时网络营销环境与经营模式的改变,使网店经营者迫切需要研究消费者网上购物行为,以及如何开展网络营销成了网店经营的重要环节。通过分析消费者网上购物的心态,探讨网店如何开展网络营销,捕捉市场新机,便于迎接网络时代的挑战。
With the development of Internet and e-commerce,the traditional shopping modes can't meet the needs of consumers and shopping might become one of the main shopping channels.With change of marketing environment and business modes,online shop operators should study the behavior of online shopping consumers.By the analysis of attitudes of online shopping consumers,the paper discusses how to capture network marketing opportunity to meet the challenges of the onlineshoppping age.
