摘要
以榕江特大桥为研究对象,为了架设方便和减少运输船舶数量,研究了一套提高栈桥利用效率的取梁拼装方案。经计算发现,大桥悬拼架设直接从栈桥取梁可行,钢梁的上游侧和下游侧主桁线形随悬拼吊机的作业角度变化略有偏差,在监控测量时需停止吊重,并将桅杆摆置沿桥方向。
Taking Rongjiang super-large Bridge as the research object,the paper researches the beaming assembly scheme for improving the use efficiency of the trestle in order to have convenient erection and reduce the number of transporting ships,finds by the calculation that it is feasible to have the trestle beaming from the cantilevel assembly frame,and the little error of the linear of main truss at the upstream and downstream sides of the steel beam along with the changes of angles of the cantilevel crane,and illustrates the lifting weight should be stopped in the supervision measurement,and illustrates the mast should be located along the direction of the bridge.
