摘要
目的探讨全自动血型检测系统在血型检测中的应用。方法应用血型血清学方法反应原理,利用120孔梯形微孔板的全自动血型检测系统对14869名受检者血液标本进行ABO血型检测。结果 14869人ABO血型检测准确率为99%以上,与试管法无明显差异。结论采用全自动血型检测系统进行血液血型检测,检测结果准确且节省资源,值得广泛应用于临床血型检测诊断。
Objective To research the application of full-autumatic system for blood testing. Methods To test blood type ABO from 14 869 blood samples by applying the reaction principle of the methods from blood group serology, as well as making use of the full-autumatic system for blood testing of trapezia rnicrowell plate will 120 wells. Results The accuracy rate of blood type ABO testing was above 99%, it was no different from the tube test method. Conclusion The testing can save resource and the result is accurate It is worth applying widely on diagnoses of clinic blood type testing.
