摘要
文章从历史建筑保护的相关宪章、法规研究入手,首先,按照时间顺序整理出关于城市建筑色彩保护与修复的具体规定及要求;其次,进一步分析探讨传承、保护历史建筑色彩的措施,并以此为基础提出在天津历史建筑保护与修复中必须加强的5个方面工作;最后,以天津历史建筑色彩的保护与修复的成功与失败两方面的实践对比指出实践过程中的主要问题,并以此说明加强5个方面工作的必要性和重要性。
Based on the charter and statute of historical building protection,the paper firstly sorts out the stipulation of building color protection and restoration according to the time order.Secondly,the measures of protecing and continuing the color of historical buildings are analyzed,and five suggestions about the historical building color protection and restoration in Tianjin are propased.Lastly,taking the successful and unsuccessful practice of historical building color protection and restoration in Tianjin for example,the paper points out the necessitg and importance of enhancing the five suggestions mentioned.
