摘要
本文报告30例高血压急症患者舌下含服尼群地平的疗效。该药降压迅速,安全可靠,总有效率达100%,其中显效83.3%,有效16.7%,含服后5分钟即降压,1小时降压作用最显著。
Thirty cases of hypertensive emergency treated with sublingual nitrendipine were reported in this paper. The results indicated that blood pressure was safely decreased 5 minutes after treatment, and maximum effect was achieved at 1 hour. Effective rate was 100%.
