摘要
目的了解消毒供应室感染关键点与程序,探讨预防控制对策。方法采用回收、清洗消毒、包装、灭菌、无菌物品储存及下送等控制点管理,制定控制感染程序,并落实执行。结果供给临床质量可靠的无菌物品,封闭回收保证污染物品在运输过程中不传播有害病菌,清洗彻底是保证灭菌成功的关键;正确包装,保证无菌物品建立无菌屏障完整有效性;灭菌合格,有效控制医院感染;正确的无菌物品储存和下送,确保无菌物品使用前不被污染。结论做好消毒供应室感染控制要点,可提高供应室工作质量,确保无菌物品不被污染。
OBJECTIVE To understand the key points and procedures of disinfection in sterilization supply room and discuss the control countermeasures.METHODS By the means of recycling,cleaning disinfection,sterilization,packaging,storage of the sterilized objects.The infection control procedures were developed and implemented.RESULTS The delivery were implemented to supply reliable sterilized objects;no spread of harmful pathogens was ensured during the transportation of contaminated objects;thorough cleaning was crucial to the success of sterilization;correct packaging guaranteed the validity of sterile barrier and the qualified sterilization;The qualified sterilization could ensure the control of nosocomial infections;correct storage and delivery of the sterilized objects kept the sterilized objects away from being contaminated.CONCLUSION To grasp the control points of infections in sterilization supply department can improve the quality of supply division so as to ensure no contamination of the sterilized objects.
