摘要
目的评价全国(未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)2010年急性弛缓性麻痹(Acute Flaccid Paralysis,AFP)病例监测系统的运转情况。方法对2010年中国免疫规划监测信息管理系统的AFP病例个案数据进行描述性分析。结果中国2010年AFP病例监测系统共报告5689例,其中AFP病例5285例,3例为临床符合脊灰病例。<15岁儿童非脊髓灰质炎AFP病例报告发病率为1.91/10万。结论 2010年AFP病例监测系统保持较高的质量,各项监测指标均达到卫生部和世界卫生组织的要求。
Objective To evaluate the quality of acute flaccid paralysis （AFP） surveillance system in China （excluding Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Region, Taiwan Sheng） in 2010. Methods The individual data of AFP cases from surveillance system of information on national immunization program in China in 2010 was analyzed descriptively. Results 5689 cases were reported in AFP surveillance system in 2010, with 5285 AFP cases and 3 clinical compatible polio cases. The reported incidence of non-polio AFP cases is 1.91/100,000 among children less than 15 years. Conclusion AFP surveillance system maintained high quality in 2010, all the surveillance indicators met the requirement of Ministry of Health and World Health Organization.
