摘要
多级机站通风技术是近年来研究应用的矿山井下通风新技术。针对金凤公司多年来全面采矿法地下开采累计形成的形态复杂、相互连通采空区状况,根据通风网路改进后的多级机站通风系统需求,通过封闭和应用局部切槽放顶技术处理采空区,结合通风网路解算与矿井通风阻力评价,合理选用通风设备和布设各种通风控制设施,实现了复杂采空区条件下的井下多级机站通风系统安全、高效、稳定运行。
Multilevel station ventilation system is a recently developed technique applied in the field of underground mining, large amounts of mining goaf has been formed in Liaoning Jinfeng Gold Mining Co. ,Ltd , which are interconnected with the complex patterns. According to the requirement of modified multilevel station ventilation system based on ventilation networks, by using the closure and the application of local grooving top-caving technique to dealing with the goafs, combining the ventilation network solver with the mine ventilation resistance evaluation, and optimizing the selection of ventilation equipment and ventilation control facilities, this system finally achieves a safe, efficient and stable operation of the multilevel station ventilation system under the complex conditions in the goafs.
