高管团队行为整合与组织绩效:基于国企、民企和欧美外企的对比 被引量:9

Behavior Integration and Organizational Efficiency of Top Management Team:a Comparison among State-run Enterprises,Private Ones and Euro-American Ones

摘要 运用国企、民企和欧美外企等三类性质企业的198个高管团队样本,从对比视角探索了三类企业高管团队行为整合对组织绩效的效应。研究结果发现:高管团队行为整合与组织绩效显著正相关,行为整合与组织长期绩效的显著水平及相关系数均高于短期绩效;欧美外企高管团队行为整合整体水平和团队合作水平显著低于国企和民企;欧美外企高管团队行为整合对短期绩效和长期绩效的显著性和显著系数均高于国企和民企。 Based on 198 top management teams(TMT)of state-owned enterprises(SOE),private enterprises(PE)and Euro-American foreign companies,the study explored the effects of TMT behavior integration from a contrast perspective.The study found that TMT behavior integration has a significant effect on organizational performance,that the correlation coefficient of behavior integration and long-term performance are bigger and more significant,and that the correlative coefficient of behavior integration and performance is bigger and more significant in Euro-American enterprises than that in SOE and PE.
