不同透析液对血液透析患者营养状况的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察不同透析液对维持性血液透析患者营养状况的影响。方法选择64例维持性血液透析患者,随机分成人工配制碳酸盐组22例与联机碳酸盐干粉组42例,进行为期12个月的观察,对反渗水、A浓缩透析液、2组透析机进/出口处、人工配制碳酸盐、联机碳酸盐干粉取样进行细菌培养;采用改良的主观全面评价(SGA)法、体质量(W)、体重指数(BMI)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(ALB)来评估患者的营养状态。结果反渗水、透析液等经细菌培养有不同程度的细菌生长,其中人工配制的碳酸盐细菌培养12次阳性,以革兰阴性菌和假单胞菌为主。联机碳酸盐干粉仅培养出一次细菌,且该组患者的营养状况较人工配制碳酸盐组明显改善。结论人工配制的碳酸盐透析液存在微生物污染,应用联机碳酸盐干粉明显改善维持性血液透析患者的营养状态。
