摘要
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)介导的基因表达对于维持正常的细胞周期、分化、增殖、凋亡以及维持免疫系统的稳定性方面发挥着非常重要作用。MiR-146家族包含miR-146a和miR-146b,在不同的造血细胞中具有不同的表达谱。研究发现miR-146与炎症、自身免疫性疾病密切相关,负性调节炎症和固有免疫反应,可作为疾病治疗的潜在靶点。
MiRNAs are now known to play important regulatory roles in a variety of cellular processes including cell cycle,differentiation,proliferation,and apoptosis.The miR-146 family includes miR-146a and miR-146b,with different expression spectrum in different hematopoietic cells.MiR-146 has a close relationship with inflammation and autoimmune diseases.Furthermore,miR-146 has been shown to play a role in the negative regulation of inflammatory and innate immune responses.It has a potential as a therapeutic target.
