摘要
本文通过介绍总膳食研究实施的方法步骤,阐明其在食品安全风险评估中,尤其是在人群膳食暴露评估中的应用进展。
By introducing the procedure of conducting total dietary study, the application of total dietary study on food safety risk assessment, especially, the advances on dietary exposure assessment was illustrated.
