自适应脉冲整形轨迹涂胶残余振动抑制研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用固定参数的脉冲整形滤波器进行涂胶机构的残余振动时,其抑制效果容易受到的涂胶机构参数变化、负载扰动等非线性时变特点的影响问题。本文分析了脉冲整形滤波器原理,针对两脉冲整形滤波器建立了基于误差的性能评价函数,采用迭代学习的自适应参数寻优方法进行最优脉冲滤波器参数辨识,并对脉冲整形滤波器参数进行在线修正,以保证性能函数始终最优。实验结果表明,该策略对负载和参数的变化具有很强的鲁棒性,同时有效地削弱了残余振动现象,提高了系统的响应速度。
