摘要
采用半连续溶液聚合工艺,以二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为反应溶剂,过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯(TBPB)为引发剂,合成了苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸(AA)、α-甲基苯乙烯(AMS)碱溶性苯丙树脂,用于炭黑颜料的水性色浆体系。实验表明:其最佳聚合工艺条件:m(St)∶m(AA)∶m(AMS)=40∶20∶40,引发剂用量4.8%、聚合温度130℃、分子链调节剂用量1.0%,可得到质均相对分子质量9 056,相对分子质量分布1.83的碱溶性苯丙树脂。该树脂调配的色浆的细度为8μm,平均相对吸光度值为0.903,贮存的粒径变化率69.3%,进口树脂调配的色浆的相应值为9μm、0.933和47.1%,在水性色浆中有较好的颜料分散效果。
An alkali-soluble styrene-acrylic resin was synthesized through semi-batch solution polymerization process in DMF,with TBPB as initiator and dodecyl mercaptan(DDM) as chain transfer agent,which was used in waterbased colourants of carbon black pigment.The optimum process conditions were found as follows:m(St)∶m(AA)∶m(AMS)=40∶20∶40,the amount of initiator and chain transfer agent 4.8%,1.0% respectively,reaction temperature 130 ℃ and the Mw and polydispersity of resin 9 057 and 1.83 respectively.The waterbased colourants of black pigment when added with this resin could provide fineness,relative light absorption value and change of particle diameter of 8 μm,0.929 and 60.1% respectively,which were close to the value of imported product 9 μm,0.933 and 47.1%.The resin provided good effectiveness for dispersion of carbon black pigment.
