摘要
采用K2Cr2O7溶液作为吸收液,在自制的鼓泡反应器内,对模拟烟气进行同时脱硫脱硝的实验研究,考察多种因素对SO2脱除率(即脱硫率)和NO脱除率(即脱硝率)的影响。实验结果表明:K2Cr2O7浓度、反应温度、NO浓度、SO2浓度、烟气流量对脱硫率、脱硝率影响显著;当烟气流量为0.4L/min,气相中O2体积分数为6%,SO2体积分数为0.09%,NO体积分数为0.100%,K2Cr2O7摩尔浓度为10mmol/L,反应温度为40℃时,脱硫率、脱硝率分别达到100%和64.3%。
Experiments for studying simultaneous removal of SO2 and NO from simulated flue gas,with K2Cr2O7 solutions as the absorbent,were conducted in a self-designed bubble reactor.The effects of various influencing factors on the removal efficiencies were examined.Experimental results showed that,K2Cr2O7 concentration,flow rate of flue gas,and reaction temperature as well as the concentration of SO2 and NO had significant influence on the removal efficiency.When flow rate of flue gas was 0.4 L/min,oxygen content in flue gas(volume percentage) was 6%,volume percentage of SO2 and NO was 0.09% and 0.100%,K2Cr2O7 concentration was 10 mmol/L and reaction temperature was 40 ℃,removal efficiencies of SO2 and NO respectively reached 100% and 64.3%.
