摘要
在介绍水平井裸眼完井分段压裂工艺的基础上,分析了苏里格水平井裸眼分段压裂工艺管柱结构。水平井裸眼完井分段压裂工艺在苏里格气田遇到的主要问题是压裂管柱下入遇阻严重、回插管柱密封不严、丢手丢开困难、压后返排率不高、压差滑套打不开及砂堵等。对管柱下入遇阻严重问题设计了Ф151 mm×1.5 m的大铣柱,与小铣柱配合使用,建议在较长的油管段接扶正器;对回插管柱密封问题设计了模块式密封;在悬挂封隔器上端设计丢手工具可解决丢手丢开困难问题;设计了压差滑套辅助压力阀解决滑套打不开问题。现场应用结果表明,提出的措施均能很好地解决苏里格气田水平井裸眼完井分段压裂工艺存在的问题。
The structure of the Sulige horizontal well open hole staged fracture technological string was analyzed. The major problems with the technology in Sulige Gasfield include severe barrier in the setting process of fracture string, poor sealability of interpolation string, difficulty in throwing away the release, low flowback rate after fracture, failure to open differential sliding sleeve and sand plug. The 0151 mm ~ 1.5 m large milling string was de- signed and used together with the small milling string to deal with the severe barrier in the running process of the fracturing string. It was suggested that the centralizer should be installed at the longer tubing section. The modular sealing was designed to handle the sealing problem with the interpolation string. The releasing tool was designed on the upper end of the suspending packer to deal with the difficulty in throwing away the release. The auxiliary pres- sure valve of differential sliding sleeve was designed to handle the failure to open the sleeve. The application shows that the measures proposed can well solve the problems in Sulige Gasfield.
