摘要
为了对大修后工程机械液压系统的作业率评价提供一个量化指标,设计了液压模拟加载测试系统。介绍了该系统的工作原理、控制策略、硬件框架组成、软件模块结构及抗干扰措施。应用表明,该系统可以满足工程实际需要。
To provide a quantitative index for evaluating the working efficiency of the hydraulic system in the overhauled con- struction machinery, the measurement and control system by hy- draulic simulation loadin.g was designed. Its working principle, con- trol strategy, hardware framework, software module and the interfer- ence suppression measures were introduced. The actual application of this system shows that the system can meet the actual requirement of engineering.
