摘要 目的优选干姜挥发油的提取工艺。方法采用正交实验设计,以干姜挥发油提取率为指标优选提取工艺;并采用紫外分光光度法测定挥发油的含量。结果优选提取工艺条件为干姜饮片加18倍量水,蒸馏提取4h。结论该提取工艺干姜挥发油提取率高。 Objective To optimize the extraction conditions for volatile oil from Rhizoma zingiberis.Methods Orthogonal design was adopted.The extraction rate of volatile oil from Rhizoma zingiberis was used as the index for optimizing of extraction process.Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was applied to detect the content of volatile oil.Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:adding 18-fold water into crude drugs of Rhizoma zingiberis,and distilling the misture for 4 h.Conclusions Higher extraction rate of Rhizoma zingiberis valatile oil can be achieved by this technique.
