摘要
Lipocalin型前列腺素D合成酶 (L PGDS)定位于人 9号染色体 (9q34 2~ 34 3)和鼠 4号染色体上 ,在单倍体基因组中为单一拷贝基因。L PGDS的结构基因约 3 6kb ,由 7个外元和 6个内元组成 ,鼠、人L PGDS结构基因与Lipocalin家族成员的结构基因十分类似。L PGDS基因启动子中心区较小 ,有一些功能尚未确定的特殊序列 ;启动子远端有甲状腺激素应答元件 ,可接受甲状腺激素的调控。L PGDScDNA有两种 ,其存在的意义尚不清楚。L PGDSmRNA编码 190个氨基酸 ,其在转运粗面内质网和高尔基复合体期间被糖基化 ;成熟L PGDS具有一定量的糖类和复合型寡糖结构 ,由 8个或 9个 β片层结构组成特定的空间结构。L PGDS代谢快速 ,主要在肝内代谢。L PGDS为一双功能蛋白 ,不仅可催化PGH2 转变为PGD2 ,亦有运输亲脂 /疏水物质的能力。
