摘要
目的探讨围绝经期气郁质性激素及舌苔脱落细胞特点,以期为围绝经期气郁质的早期辨识提供帮助。方法选取围绝经期平和质、气郁质妇女180例,根据月经情况分为绝经前期、绝经过渡期早期、绝经过渡期晚期,每种体质每期各30例,观察两组各期卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)、抑制素B(InhB)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、舌苔脱落细胞成熟指数(MI)和成熟价值(MV),并分析各指标与气郁质的相关性。结果两组同期间FSH、LH、E2、PRL水平差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),气郁质组各指标的变化均较平和体质明显;两组FSH、LH、MV均随着围绝经期的进程而明显升高(P<0.01),E2、PRL、AMH、InhB则均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论围绝经期气郁质妇女围绝经期进程较平和质快,且性激素、MI、MV改变与气郁质有明显相关性,可作为围绝经期气郁质早期判定的参考指标。
Objective To research the characteristics of sex hormones and exfoliated cell of tongue fur in qi stagnation constitution during the perimenopause and provide help for the early identification. Methods Totally 180 women of mild constitution and qi stagnation constitution were selected and divided into premenopause, early menopausal transition and late menopaus- al transition according to the menstruation. Thirty cases were selected in each constitution group and during each period. The correlation between qi stagnation constitution and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), prolactin (PRL), inhibin B (InhB), anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) and the maturation index (MI) and maturity value (MV) of tongue off cell were analyzed. Results The differences of FSH, LH, E2 and PRL were statistically significant between two constitution groups during each period (P〈0.01), especially in qi stagnation constitution group. FSH, LH and MV significantly increased with the advance of the perimenopause in both constitution groups (P〈0.01), while E2, PRL, AMH and InhB decreased (P〈0.01). Conclusion The perimenopausal process in qi stagnation women is faster than that in mild women. Qi stagnation constitution is closely related to the change of sex hormones, MI and MV, which could be used as a reference indicator to determine the early perimenopause in qi stagnation women.
