摘要
本文介绍一种共聚焦激光扫描显微宫腔镜,具体介绍了该宫腔镜的主体内镜和鞘管的设计。本装置能够对患者宫腔内的病变组织进行共聚焦激光扫描显微放大,使医生能够清晰地观察到病变组织的微观结构,并进行实时活体检查。本装置的使用可以克服传统随机活检带来的弊端,有助于提高临床的治疗效果并降低医疗成本。
This paper concretely introduces the design of the confocal laser scanning micro-hysteroscope.Briefly,by the utilization of confocal laser scanning microtechnique,the intrauterine pathological tissue of patients can be magnified to microstructure.？As a result,we can observe it clearly and perform a real time intravital examination.This new technology can change the traditional way of gynecological surgery： find the suspect biopsy in vitro then treat it.In a word,the new hysteroscope can not only overcome the bad sides of random biopsy but also improve the therapeutic efficacy and reduce the medical cost greatly.
