摘要
环境湿度测试仪由湿敏电容HS1100,湿度频率转换器件NE555,基准频率产生及分频器CC4060,频率电平转换器件CD4013等电路组成。环境湿度的变化会引起湿敏电容HS1100容量的改变,使NE555输出信号频率由常态的6 667 Hz左右降低为6 189 Hz,此频率送到计数器CC4060 U2经十二分频输出,同时另一块计数器CC4060 U1通过调节定时元件可以产生6 000 Hz~17 000 Hz的频率信号,也经过十二分频输出,当我们调节定时电位器RP1使CC4060 U1产生的频率刚好略大于6189Hz,且远远小于6 667 Hz时,就可以在环境湿度过大时输出高电平信号,启动报警或增干电路工作。
An environment humidity tester consists of a series of circuits that including a humicap HS1100,a humidity frequency conversion device NE555,benchmark frequency generator & prescaler CC4060 and a frequency & level conversion device CD 4013.A change in environmental humidity can cause the change of capacity of humicap HS1100,lower the normal NE555 output signal frequency from 6 667 Hz to 6 189 Hz.This frequency is transmitted to the counter CC4060 U2,divided into twelve and then outputted.At the same time,a signal of the frequency 6 000 Hz to 17 000 Hz,generated by another counter CC4060 through the regulation of the timing element,is also divided into twelve before it is outputted.A high-level signal can be outputted in a high environment humidity to start an alarm or enhance the circulation of circuits when a potentiometer RP1 is regulated to make CC4060 U1 generate a frequency of slightly higher than 6189Hz but far lower than 6 667 Hz.
