摘要
丹皮酚显著抑制豚鼠Forssman皮肤血管炎反应,大鼠反向皮肤过敏反应,大鼠主动和被动Arthus型足跖肿胀;丹皮酚对绵羊红细胞、牛血清白蛋白诱导的小鼠迟发型足跖肿胀,对二硝基氟苯引起的小鼠接触性皮炎均有明显的抑制作用。实验表明,丹皮酚并不显著影响特异性抗体的形成,但可选择性地抑制补体经典途径的溶血活性,还可调节细胞免疫功能。
Anti-hypersesitive effect of paconol was reported in the present paper. Paeonol obviously ihibited Forssman cutaneous vasculitis in guinea pigs, reversible cutaneous anaphylaxis, active and passive Arthus hindpad swelling in rats. The delayed type hypersensitivity was evidently depressed, which was induced by sheep red blood cells, bovineserum albumin and 2,4-dinitroflourobezene in mice. The experiment showed that neither the formation of specific antibodies to some antigens nor the alternative hemolytic complemental activity was evidently affected, but the classical hemolytic complemental activity was selectively inhibited by paeonol. Paconol regulated the function of the cellular immune to some degree, too.
