摘要
本文结合目前国内高铁运营维修管理体系尚不健全的现状,针对基于CPⅢ的无砟轨道运营管理现状滞后的原因进行了定性分析,以轨道垂直沉降观测为主线,提出运营管理的三个阶段划分及其目标任务,进一步指出健全管理体制、统一管理标准、保障资金来源是确保无砟轨道运营安全的三个重要方面。
Combined with the not perfect situation in current domestic high-speed railway operation and repairing management system,this paper puts forward a qualitative analysis to the reason on present situation of ballastless track operation management based on the CPⅢ.On the basis of vertical settlement observation,it puts forward the three stage divisions and its goal assignment on operation management,further points out that to improve the management system,unify management standard and guarantee fund sources are three important aspects to ensure the safe operation of the ballastless track.
