摘要
口供有其存在的价值,但在强调法治和人权的今天,传统侦查讯问模式存在一些弊端。在此背景下,根据犯罪嫌疑人的心理特点,将心理咨询技术引入到侦查讯问中,就具有很大的必要性和可行性。侦查讯问中的这些应用方法有心理咨询技术中良好关系的建立、倾听、共情、面质和具体化技术。
We analysis the goal of the interrogation,and discuss the shortcomings of the traditional interrogation on the background of emphasizing the law and human rights.There is an important necessity and feasibility for leading the psychological counseling technology into the interrogation according to the suspects＇ characteristics.We discuss the psychological counseling technology application methods in the interrogation,such as building fine relationship,attentively listening,empathy,confrontation,and specification.
