摘要
根据水轮发电机组的结构特点 ,建造了一个故障诊断模糊专家系统 ,论述了系统的组成及其功能原理和系统建造过程中的规则表示、知识获取、推理机制等重要功能模块 .系统以水轮发电机组温度异常故障为诊断对象 ,采用模糊正向推理方法 ,能够对机组运行过程中产生的故障及时作出诊断 。
According to structural feature of hydraulic generator set, a fault diagnosis fuzzy expert system is developed. Some important modules such as rules representation, knowledge acquisition, and inference mechanism are discussed so as to provide a frame for building the expert system. The temperature abnormal fault of hydraulic generator set is selected as the diagnosis object and a fuzzy forward chaining method is used in the system. It can diagnosis the fault occurred in unit running process in time so that the automation of fault diagnosis function is realized. [WT4”HZ]
