The Eugenia cargophllata thunb extract is active against bacteria such as Hansenala sp., Penicillium sp.,Aspergillus sp.,Staphylococcu saureus,Eschrichiacoli. The MIC active pH and stable temperatute are 3.125 mg/mL~12.5 mg/mL, 4~6.5 and within 100 ℃ respectively.
