急性肺损伤小鼠核转录因子-kB表达意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究 NF- k B在脂多糖诱发的急性肺损伤中的动态表达 ,证实 NF- k B参予炎症反应中的信号转导过程 .方法 纯种雄性昆明小鼠 36只随机分 6组 ,正常对照及不同时点致病组 ,致病组腹腔注射脂多糖形成急性肺损伤模型 ,采用 Western- blot法检测正常鼠及致病鼠肺组织中 NF- k B的总蛋白含量 ,进行统计学处理 (n≥ 3) .结果 脂多糖致病鼠肺组织中的 NF- k B的含量比正常鼠的 NF- k B的含量增高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,脂多糖致伤后 3h,NF- k B的含量最高 ,其前及其后均呈动态递减的趋势 (P<0 .0 1 ) .结论 信号转导分子 NF- k AIM To investigate the NF kB expression in acute pulmonary injury induced by LPS, and to prove the role of NF kB in inflammation signal transduction process. METHODS Thirty six male Kuengming mice were divided into six groups at random. There were normal control and pulmonary injury mice at different time point in each group. The LPS was given via ip. Expression of NF kB was detected by using western blot methods. The results was processed with statistical methods ( n ≥3). RESULTS The expression of NF kB in acute pulmonary injury lung tissue induced by LPS became stronger 2 4 hours after LPS stimulation, and then decreased. CONCLUSION The NF kB is involved in the inflammation process of acute pulmonary injury induced by LPS.
