某铝业周边水氟含量及居民体内氟含量的调查 被引量:3

Investigation on water fluoride content around a aluminum enterprise and in vivo fluoride content of residents

摘要 目的通过对某电解铝厂附近水氟及居民点居民尿氟的测定,研究工业生产对周边环境和人体健康的影响以及工业区的定位。方法采集某电解铝厂周边的河水、井水、自来水及不同方向1 000、10 000 m处居民点人群的晨尿,用氟离子选择性电极法测定氟含量。在西方向10 00 m处居民前、后相隔30 d各测1次;约10 000 m处同时测2组人群,采集东北某氟病区井水氟作为测定对照。结果工业区上游河水、下游河水、井水、自来水、氟病区井水氟(F)含量(x珋±s)分别为(0.103±0.004、0.171±0.003、0.066±0.002、0.053±0.001、1.183±0.029)mg/L,氟病区井水氟明显高于厂区水氟(P<0.01),下游河水明显高于其他几组水源(P<0.01);西、东、北组居民尿氟(x珋±s)分别为(1.71±0.76、0.54±0.26、0.73±0.31)mg/L,西组明显高于东、北组(P<0.01);西组居民前、后尿氟(x珋±s)分别为(1.71±0.76、1.67±0.99)mg/L,经比较,P>0.05,无显著性差异。西边1 000、10 000 m不同距离3组分别为(1.71±0.76、0.42±0.22、0.47±0.30)mg/L,1 000 m组明显高于10 000 m的2个组(P<0.01)。结论工业区下游河水中氟含量较高;下风侧西组尿氟明显高于上风侧东组、北组;离厂区较近居民体内氟代谢受到铝业的影响较明显,而较远处(10 000 m)外无影响。 [Objective] Through determination of water fluoride content around a aluminum enterprise and urinary fluoride content of residents,to study the effect of industrial production on surrounding environment and human health as well as the industrial zone location.[Methods] The collection of river water,well water,tap water around a aluminum enterprise and the morning urine of residents living 1 000 m and 10 000 m away from the aluminum enterprise in each direction was used to determine fluoride concentration by fluoride ion selective electrode method.The measurement of residents living 1 000 m away from the enterprise in west was performed twice with interval of 30 days,that was performed on 2 groups of residents living 1 000 m away from the enterprise in west,and the well water fluoride concentration in endemic fluorosis area of northeast China was taken as the measurement control.[Results] The fluorine(F) content(±s) of industrial zone upstream river,downstream river,well water,tap water,water in endemic fluorosis area were 0.103±0.004,0.171±0.003,0.066±0.002,0.053± 0.001,1.183±0.029(mg/L),water fluoride in endemic fluorosis area was significantly higher than that of plant water fluoride(P0.01),downstream river was significantly higher than other water resources(P0.01);urinary fluoride(±s) of residents living in the west(1.71±0.76 mg/L) was significantly higher than that of residents living in east(0.54±0.26 mg/L)and north(0.73±0.31 mg/L)(P0.01).Urinary fluoride(±s) of west-living-residents was1.71±0.76 mg/L and 1.67±0.99 mg/L before and after 30 days,the difference was not significant(P0.05).Urinary fluoride(±s) of 3 groups of residents living 1 000,10 000 meters away in west was 1.71±0.76 mg/L,0.42±0.22 mg/L,0.47±0.30 mg/L,respectively.The 1 000 meters group was significantly higher than 2 groups of 100 000 meter(P0.01).[Conclusion] Water fluoride content is high in downstream river of industrial zone.And it of leeward west group is significantly higher than that of the windward east group and north group.The aluminum industry causes obvious effect on in vivo fluoride metabolism among nearby residents,but no effect among residents living over a distance(10 000 m).
