摘要
目的探讨实习护生对患者安全认知水平及影响因素。方法采用《患者安全认知问卷》对218名实习护生进行问卷调查。统计方法包括描述性统计分析、Spearman相关及Hierarchical多元回归分析。结果实习护生的安全认知总评分为4.22±0.19;态度评分为4.52±0.18;行为评分为4.18±0.22;知识评分为3.97±0.32。影响实习护生对患者安全认知因素依次为:知识、行为、态度、招收类型。结论患者安全教育贯彻于护理教育各阶段,学校应把患者安全教育内容融入到护理学教材中。临床教育管理者应针对性地采取不同措施,加强护生安全认知能力提升训练,提高护生安全文化的认知水平,让护生在实习过程接受患者安全相关培训,尽早参与到医院构建的安全文化氛围中,全面提高护理安全管理的效率。
Objective To explore the levels and influencing factors on safety cognition for patients among probationer nurses.Methods A survey was conducted with a total sample of 218 probationer nurses using self-designed two questionnaires: Demographic Data Questionnaire,and Safety Cognition for Patients Questionnaire.Descriptive statistics,Spearman's correlations and Hierarchical multiple regressions were used to analyze data in this research.Results For probationer nurses,Students' overall level of safety cognition was 4.22±0.19;attitude was 4.52±0.18;behavior was 4.18±0.22;knowledge was 3.97±0.32.The rank order(from strong to weak) of predictors of safety cognition for patients were: knowledge,behavior,attitude and recruit type.Conclusion The findings indicated that clinical education administrators should adopt targeted measures to strengthen nursing students' ability of safety cognition,to improve students' cognitive level of safety culture,let students accept related education of patients' safety in practice,participate in building up the atmosphere of safety culture as soon as possible,entirely improve the efficiency of nursing safety management.
