联合检测三项血清肿瘤标志物在早期肺癌诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),丙酮酸激酶2(PKM2),肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子(TRAF)3项肿瘤标志物联合检测在早期肺癌诊断中的价值。方法采用放射免疫定量法检测71例肺癌、36例良性肺病患者和32例健康人的血清VEGF、PKM2、TRAF水平。结果肺癌组血清(VEGF),丙酮酸激酶2(PKM2),肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子(TRAF)的阳性检出率(分别为48.36%、53.54%、62.36%、)明显高于良性肺病组和健康对照组。肺癌组3项肿瘤标志物阳性率随肿瘤临床分期而升高。3项肿瘤标志物联合检测比单项检测的阳性率和准确性更高。结论外周血(VEGF),丙酮酸激酶2(PKM2),肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子(TRAF)联合检测可提高肺癌的阳性检出率,并且对肺癌病理分型有重要的临床参考价值。 Objective To investigate clinical value of combination detections of three tumor markers of Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) , pyruvate kinase M2 (PKM2) , tumor necrosis factor receptor-associ- ated factor (TRAF) in the diagnosis of early stage lung cancer. Methods The levels of VEGF, PKM2 and TRAF were measured by quantitative radioimmunoassay in serum of 71patients with lung cancer and 36 patients with benign lung diseases and 32 normal individuals. Results The levels of VEGF,PKM2,TRAF in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than that of the patients in benign lung disease group or healthy con- trol group. The positive rates were 48.36% ,53.54% ,62. 36%. The positive rate of three tumor markers correla- ted with the progression of clinical stages. Combination of multiple tumor markers my increase diagnostic value of the disease in terms of its sensitivity and effectiveness. Conclusion Combination detections of three tumor markers would be useful in improving positive diagnostic mate for lung canoer and would be useful in predicting of pathologic types in lung carcinomas.
