摘要
介绍了一款继电器罩壳类方筒件的注塑模,产品形状较简单,外观要求较高。模具采用定模两面侧向抽芯机构,浇注系统为点浇口,脱模机构采用平板脱料板推出。设计充分利用标准件、常规件,并在其上加以改进,安装配件,达到一件多用的目的,大大地缩小了模具体积,简化了模具结构。
The injection mould of one cover shell type square part for relay was introduced. The shape of the product is quite simple, and the appearance requirement is high. Fixed mould and double side core-pulling mechanism, the pin-gate injection system and plate stripper were adopted for this mould. The standard parts and conventional parts were used fully and improved in the design, and the parts were installed to achieve a multi-purpose object, which shrinks the volume of the mould and simplifies the structure of the mould greatly.
