摘要
配网是电网与其用户之间最好的沟通桥梁,如何利用该资源,是电力通信专业的重大课题。光纤复合相线本应是比较理想的选择,但需要定长配盘、登高熔接和笨重且昂贵的引出装置,使这一技术无法在配电网中广泛推广应用。经过反复的试验研究,新的光纤复合相线的光分离金具和相应的引出施工工艺,已经在配电线路上挂网试运行成功,为配电光纤接入网络建设增添了新的实用化技术手段。
Distribution network is the best access bridge between power grid and its users. Telecommunication colleagues are managing to realize this bridge. The optical phase conductor (OPPC) ought to be an ideal option for this purpose. However, existing engineering techniques need to match the roll with defined cable length, doing the fiber joint at the height and using expensive cumbersome outlet devices. These obstruct OPPC being widely used in distribution networks. An innovation technique of OPPC improves optical outlet and joins, and has been used in trial running on distribution network successfully, providing a new practical technique for construction of distribution optical fiber access network. It proves that improved OPPC technique finally enables distribution network a good information access bridge between power grid and its users.
