摘要
介绍Fluent软件及其在气体轴承研究中的应用。以气体为研究对象,基于Fluent软件建立了孔式空气静压径向轴承的三维实体模型,并对模型进行数值模拟,分析在不同偏心率下气膜上的压力分布,得到不同偏心率下轴承的承载力和静刚度变化规律。
Fluent was introduced and used in the static performance analysis of gas bearings.Taking gas as the research object,based on Fluent,a three-dimensional solid model of the hole aerostatic radial bearing was established and numerical simulations were made.The pressure distributions on air film of the bearing at different eccentricity were analyzed.The variation laws of the load capacity and static stiffness of the bearing at different eccentricity were obtained.
