摘要
CBK型齿轮泵是叉车等工业车辆中动力驱动机构与液压提升机构的重要部件,其噪声是整车噪声的主要来源。针对该齿轮泵噪声过大的问题,采集实际工况下的噪声信号,运用频谱分析法进行噪声诊断,并提出相应的控制措施。
As an important component of the dynamic drive mechanism and the hydraulic lifting mechanism for industrial vehicles,the CBK gear pump is the main source of vehicle noise.Aiming at the excessive noise problem,spectrum analysis method was used to diagnose the noise source through collecting the noise signal in the actual conditions.Then corresponding control measures were provided.
