摘要 2003年5月北京心理危机研究与干预中心,为其面向全国的心理危机干预热线建立了一套热线咨询电脑操作系统。热线咨询电脑操作系统的建立既使热线咨询服务规范化和系统化,也使标准化监控、评估和科学管理咨询员的服务质量成为现实,并为开展系统热线心理咨询领域的科研、教学和培训工作提供了丰富和珍贵的资源。本文介绍北京市心理援助热线电脑操作系统8个功能模块的内容。 A computer-based operating system of national psychological crisis hotline was developed at Beijing Suicide Research and Prevention Center in May, 2003. Based on this computer-based operating system, the standardization and systematization of the operators" psychological counseling and intervention services, and scientifically monitoring, evaluating, and managing the operators'services are becoming possible. The system also provided a rich and valuable resource for providing research, education, and training about psychological hotline services. This paper briefly introduced the content of the eight models of this system.
