摘要
针对现阶段企业经营管理机制发生了转变但原有人事管理落后的情况 ,应企业需求开发此人力资源管理信息系统 ,实现企业人力资源规划、开发、利用与管理 ,为企业决策提供一定的依据 ,提高企业的竞争力 .
Although the operating and managing structure of enterprises has been changed,the old haman resource management system is out of date.According to the demanding of enterprises,the system is developed not only to plan,design,use and manage the human resource,but also to provide enterprises with a basis of decision making and increase the competing strength.
