摘要
以夏利汽车减振器为研究对象,应用减振器专用仿真软件确定了主要结构参数值变化对速度特性的影响趋势;在参数值的公差带内选择了决定速度特性边界的两组参数值,通过仿真得出了该边界;与规定的边界进行了比较,提出通过分组装配可以保证产品质量全部合格.
The influence for the velocity characteristics because of the structural parameter variation for the vehicle dampers produced in Tianjin is studied in this paper. The boundary parameter values are selected in the range of parameter tolerances. Computer simulation is carried out and the results are compared with the given values. In order to insure the quality of the dampers in mass production. It is needed to group the elements according to the parameter values during the assembly.
