摘要
针对铁路物资采购来说,预算管理体系可细分为:计划管理、采购管理、仓储管理、信息管理四个子系统。考察预算管理的应对思路,可以从充分计划、精确计算、有效仓储、信息联动四个方面着手。最后,针对内部挑战应通过组织资源优化给予克服;针对外部挑战时则进行适应性战略调整,众而将损失降到最低。
to the railway material procurement,budget management system can be divided into the following 4 sub-systems:program management,purchasing management,warehouse management,and information management.Sufficient planning,accurate calculation,effective warehouse,and information linkage can be taken into consideration first when examining the solutions to budget management.Finally,in order to minimize the losses,internal challenge should be overcome through the optimization of organizational resources,while external challenges through adaptive strategic adjustment.
