摘要
利用单辊旋铸法制备了不同Cu含量的快速凝固Ni-Al-Cu -Ce合金 ,经碱洗抽Al进行活化 ,制成骨架镍催化剂 .研究了Cu对催化剂先驱体合金的相组成、活化后催化剂的结构及催化性能的影响 .结果表明 ,在Ni-Al-Ce合金中加入 2 % (质量分数 )的Cu有益于催化剂的结构及催化性能的改善 ,而较高的Cu含量则会产生不利的影响 .
Rapidly solidified Ni-Al-Cu-Ce alloys with different contents of Cu are preparedby melt spinning and raney nickel catalysts are obtained by leaching Al from these alloys in alkali solution.The effects of Cu on the phase composition of the precursor alloy,the structures of the catalyst,and the catalytic property are studied.The Results show that the structures and the property of the catalyst are improved by adding 2wt% Cu in the Ni-Al-Ce precursor alloy,but degraded by more content of Cu.
