摘要
笔者创建了一种以作业活动为媒介,将公司战略与公司运营风险链接的方法,为广州移动量身定做了一套战略导向的风险监控指标体系并开展了实证检验和应用,首次实现了对公司风险的可监控、可比较的直观展现,并实现了对公司风险的数量化观察与预测。其方法体系对企业建立风险监控体系具启发意义和推广价值。
The thesis creates a method which connects corporate strategy with corporate operational risk though activities, to set a strategic-oriented risk monitoring index system to Guangzhou Mobile and to carry out an empirical test and application. It is the first time to give an intuitive show to the monitoring and the comparability of the company＇s risk, and to achieve the quantitative observations and forecasts of the company＇s risk. The methodology is instructive and promotes the value of the enterprises to establish a risk monitoring system.
