摘要
:轴向位移是轮机等旋转机械重要的动态参数之一 ,传统的测试装置已不能满足日益严格的测试要求。根据汽轮机的测试要求 ,自行研制了智能型轴向位移监测仪 ,核心部分采用了MCS - 5 1单片微机系统 ,自行编制的软件程序实现数据的自动处理、关键数据的保存和查询、人机对话菜单功能 (用于参数设定和功能选定 )。根据”Watchdog”的基本思想 ,实现了系统自动复位 ,解决了程序飞逸 ,死机等不稳定性问题 ,确保系统稳定。监测仪表经反复校验和实际应用 ,与美国本特利仪表比较 ,数据一致且稳定可靠。于 1995年起用于总装试车监测 ,且测试数据准确 ,完整 ,使用方便 。
Axial displacement is one of the important dynamic parameters of turbine and other rotary machines. Traditional measure devices can’t get precise results. In 1995 we developed computerized axial displacement monitor that was used to trubine test. After many years use it is found to have the advantages of high accuracy, low cost and convenience for use. This system uses Mss 51 chip microcomputer as its key part and can complete the functions of automatic data processing, important data storage and retrieval and parameter selections with menu. Based on the conception of “watch dog”, it can automatically reaset and avoid such problems as runing out or dead halt for the system. It is expected to replace other forms axial displacement monitors in the future.
