摘要
为探索FDI和R&D投入对我国高技术产业技术创新的影响,采集了高技术产业五个子行业2000—2009年面板数据,以C-D函数理论模型为基础,构造技术创新函数进行实证分析。研究结果表明,R&D经费投入对高技术产业技术创新具有显著促进作用;R&D人力资本投入和FDI对高技术产业各行业间技术创新的影响存在一定差异。在此基础上,提出了促进我国高技术产业技术创新的政策建议。
Based on Cobb-Douglas production function, by constructing a function of technology innovation, using the panel data of 5 industries of China high-tech industries from 2000 - 2009, the paper empirically analyzes the effect of the FDI and R＆D investment on the technology innovation in China＇ s high-tech industry. The result indicates that R＆D funding had conspicuous promoting effect ; certain difference exists in the effect of R＆D funding of human resource and FDI on the tech- nology innovation of high-tech industries. Based on the above, policy suggestions for promoting China＇ s technological inno- vation have been put forward.
